Our sandwiches and soup were tasty, and so were the chips (we saw pepper on potato chips in Saugatuck, too -- is that a west Michigan thing?). The staff is very friendly and helpful, and a rush crowd did not seem to faze them at all. One woman in particular seemed to magically appear in various places -- one moment she's cheerfully taking orders at the register, the next she is delivering orders to tables, or bussing them, or helping customers scout out a spot to sit in a place that's not very big and just jumping on a Tulip Time Tuesday. If I'm ever in Holland again I would for sure go back.
